PLEASE NOTE: We are based in England and all goods are quoted in GBP (British Sterling).

ONLINE: Place your order through our secure website, and include your payment details. (If paying by Maestro, please include your card's start date & issue number in the comments box at check out.)You will be sent an order confirmation once the order has been sent.

OFFLINE: Follow the procedure on the website & proceed to checkout, but when given the choice, opt for "offline". This will allow you to print off an order form with all your product information and an order total - which you'll use to submit payment and send in by post. Print off an extra copy for yourself.

Customers wishing to pay by Paypal should email beforehand to enquire about it & get instructions on how to pay. As we now add 3% charge (of the order total) to cover fees that Paypal imposes on us for accepting the payment through them.

VAT is not shown on your invoice as we are not registered for VAT.

UK P&P is based on the amount purchased.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE...
but orders being posted outside the UK will be charged at cost. Any import duty imposed for orders sent abroad are the responsibility of the buyer.

We try to get items made & despatched in 3-7 working days, but as all items are handmade, it can take longer and we may be inundated with orders during busy periods. All our customers are important to us & we aim to get orders out in a timely fashion & will keep customers updated on the status of their orders. If an item is not available, we will contact the customer and ask whether a substitution is suitable for them.

Should you wish to have an item customised with a particular colour or scent that isn't on the drop down menu or differs from that in the item description, please get in touch or leave your request in the "comments" area at check out. We're only too happy to accomodate if we can!

All goods are handmade & originals (not mass produced) & may differ slightly from photos shown. All measurements are approx as they may alter slightly in the handcrafting process and various fragrances have different weights & concentration levels.

You will be notified by email when your item is despatched. If you haven't received it after a few days, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. 99% of the time, they will attempt delivery, but won't leave a card saying they were there. As a result, the item sits in a depot for 30 days and then is returned to us (sender).

WHOLESALE - While we do wholesale our Buttermilk Barn products, we are unable to wholesale the more complex, realistic looking Wick The Spoon food creations - due to the time involved in making them. However, if interested in getting container candles shown on this site with the Wick the Spoon labels, please submit your business details. Once verified, wholesale info will be emailed to you. Unfortunately, those who only sell via Ebay do not qualify for trade prices.

If something is damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging and item - so we can file a claim with courier. If an item is not suitable, & provided it has not been used, please contact us immediately to survey the situation & provide instructions to get a refund or exchange.

NONE of our products are edible! They should not be placed around children, pets or in areas where others may confuse them as being real. While we take great precautions to make & label the goods as being scented home accessories & NOT FOOD, consumers must be aware they they need to be safe & responsible once goods are in their posession.
